Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with

PassNHAExam is a service operated by Cognitive Health Inc. ("Cognitive Health", "we", "us"). When you create an account or purchase a plan, you enter into an agreement with Cognitive Health Inc. Any reference to "PassNHAExam" in these terms means Cognitive Health Inc. trading under that brand.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, starting a trial or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. If you are using PassNHAExam on behalf of an employer or school, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for all activity under your credentials.

• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.
• Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend accounts that show credential sharing or automated scraping of question content.

Payments and seller of record

PassNHAExam is operated and sold by Cognitive Health Inc., the seller of record for all orders. Card payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe, our payment processor; we never receive or store your full card details.

Payment, billing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by these Terms together with our Refund Policy. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans are billed at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled; lifetime access is a single payment. Cognitive Health Inc. appears on your bank or card statement.

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time from the billing page in your account, which opens a secure billing portal where you can cancel, update your card and download invoices. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period.

Content licence and restrictions

Questions, rationales, flashcards, mock exams and written guides on PassNHAExam are our intellectual property or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation.

• Do not copy, republish, resell or distribute question content or explanations.
• Do not use automated tools to extract content from the platform.
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls or usage limits.

AI Study Coach

The AI Study Coach produces automated study explanations that may be incomplete or occasionally incorrect. Treat its output as a study aid, verify anything decision-critical against primary sources such as federal regulations and your state's rules, and never enter confidential resident information.

No professional or legal advice

PassNHAExam is exam preparation material. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, clinical or employment advice, and it is not a substitute for the official examination handbook or the requirements published by your state licensing board.

No affiliation and no guarantee of results

PassNHAExam is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NAB or any state licensing board. We do not guarantee that using the platform will result in a passing score; any pass-assurance promotion is governed by the specific terms published with that offer.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or events outside our control. We may add, change or retire features, and we may update question content as regulations change.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassNHAExam is provided on an as-is basis, and our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and where a breach is not our fault, fees already paid are non-refundable beyond the refund policy.
