Accessibility Statement
Licensure should not depend on how you read a screen. This page describes what we have built, what we are still improving and how to reach us if something blocks you.

Our commitment
We design PassNHAExam with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our working target. This is a statement of our own practice and ongoing effort, not an independent certification or audit result.
Measures in place
Accessibility work currently reflected in the platform includes:
- Semantic headings, landmarks and a single main region on each page so screen readers can navigate structure.
- Keyboard operability for navigation, question answering, flashcard flipping and dialogs, with visible focus indicators.
- Accessible names on icon-only controls and form fields associated with labels.
- Colour contrast targets applied to our navy, white and gold palette, with status never conveyed by colour alone.
- Responsive layouts and generous tap targets so the platform works on phones and tablets as well as desktops.
- Content that reflows without horizontal scrolling at increased browser zoom levels.
Known limitations
Some areas are still being improved. Complex analytics charts convey trends visually and are best paired with the accompanying numeric summaries. Timed mock exams enforce exam-like time limits, which may not suit every candidate; if you need an extended-time study mode, contact us and we will arrange an alternative practice setup.
Assistive technology and browsers
We test primarily with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, using built-in screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. Older browsers may render some study interfaces inconsistently.
Reporting a barrier
If any part of PassNHAExam prevents you from studying, tell us. Email support@passnhaexam.com with the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within one business day and to prioritise fixes that block core study tasks.
Alternative access
While we work on a fix, we will provide the content another way where we reasonably can, such as a plain-text version of an explanation or a manually configured practice session.
