30-day money-back guarantee

Every paid plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, request a full refund within 30 days of the order date and we will approve it — no justification needed.

Every plan also starts with a free trial, so you can review the question style, mock exam interface and analytics before any charge is made. Cancelling during the trial means you are never billed.

Refund eligibility

The same 30-day window applies to every plan we sell.

• Monthly plans: full refund if you request it within 30 days of the charge.
• Annual plans: full refund if you request it within 30 days of the charge.
• Lifetime access: full refund if you request it within 30 days of purchase.
• Renewals: if an automatic renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it.

Outside the 30-day window

After 30 days we review requests case by case, and we may still issue a refund where something has gone wrong on our side. Partial refunds for unused time on an active period are not usually issued, but you keep access until the period ends. Nothing here removes your statutory rights.

How to request a refund

Email support@passnhaexam.com from the address on your account with the plan you purchased and the approximate purchase date. Cognitive Health Inc. is the seller of record and handles all refund requests directly.

Processing times

We aim to review refund requests within one business day. Once approved, the refund is issued through Stripe, our payment processor, back to your original payment method, which typically appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling instead of refunding

If you simply want to stop future charges, cancel from the billing page inside your account. Cancellation is immediate for renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Statutory rights

This policy sits alongside any consumer rights you have under local law; it does not replace them. Where local law grants a longer cancellation right, that right applies.
