PassNHAExam was created by long-term care operators, educators and licensed administrators who were tired of watching capable candidates fail an exam that rewards structured preparation.
Most candidates preparing for the Nursing Home Administrator licensing examination study the way they studied in school: read a textbook, highlight it, hope. That approach fails an exam built around applied judgment across six very different domains.
We started by writing questions the way the exam writes them — operational scenarios with plausible wrong answers — and by insisting that every option gets a rationale. Then we built the analytics that turn thousands of individual answers into one honest answer to the only question that matters: are you ready to schedule?
Today more than twelve thousand candidates have prepared with the platform. Content is reviewed continuously against federal requirements, and state regulation packs are maintained alongside them.
